From limitation to optimization
From it's small beginnings, ASCEND has expanded and is now structured into three divisions: the Division of Operational Excellence, Community Services and Business Services.
ASCEND’s Division of Operational Excellence is responsible for supporting administrative and leadership functions of the organization, seeking funding and writing grants, planning and tracking community events and activity locations, managing participants’ confidentiality records, maintain records of staff, volunteers and contractors’ status, location, and equipment, designing and maintaining ASCEND’s customized merchandise, performing relevant up to date research, registering and maintaining ASCEND’s intellectual property, and more.
