Dr. Nicole A. Jones is an entrepreneur, private business consultant, and the founder of ASCEND Community Partners. She is also an expert business systems analyst and trusted technical consultant on research and development projects. 

Dr. Nicole A. Jones is a specialist in her profession. She closely support project management and technical teams in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from initiation to deployment. She supports key stakeholders in identifying their objectives, articulating the business needs, and converting those needs and objectives into business requirements. 

Dr. Nicole A. Jones collaborates with engineers,  developers, and technical teams to convert the business requirements into technical specifications to deliver the optimal solution the client needs.  Engineers and technical experts develop customed-developed technologies based on the requirements and technical specifications she defines and provides them. Decision makers use her requirements to determine if a commercial off the shelf product will optimally meet the operational needs of the client before the product is licensed or acquired.  

For nearly twenty years, Dr. Nicole A. Jones has served senior leaders and chief executives of agencies, whose financial and regulatory decisions impact the institutions aligned underneath them. Leaders rely heavily on her thorough, unbiased, and clear analysis before key decision making.  Dr. Nicole A. Jones is consistent in clearly defining and confirming business requirements upfront to reduce inaccuracies, misunderstandings, rework and redundancies at the end.

In 2013,  Dr. Nicole A. Jones earned Master's in Business Administration, from Stratford University, graduating Magna Cum laude. In 2019, she earned her Doctorate in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship.  However, despite her accomplishments, she has never forgotten her humble beginnings. With her mind on the poor and her heart for her community, she thoroughly and meticulously structured and established ASCEND Community Partners in March 2021.

In addition to her consulting and outreach activities, Dr. Nicole A. Jones is a prolific writer and author of dozens of fiction and nonfiction books. She is the owner of her private book publishing business, EnProse Books LLC, where she utilizes her knowledge and skills to offer training to help new authors write and publish their books. 

During her spare time, Dr. Nicole A. Jones enjoys reading, writing, and spending quality time with her friends and extended family.
